Birth Date: June 3, 1955 Birth Place: Rome, NY (Rose Hospital?, Doctor Mahrer), Oneida County. Adopted Date: June 8, 1955. Birth Parents possibly from North Utica. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Update: April 28, 2006 - I have Identified my father's name as Edward Seeley and my mothers name as Edna Seeley.
