Looking for Percy Leonard Chandos MILWARD-BRIDGES. He was born on 3 July circa 1876 in the Shetland Islands. His third name may be Chaudos. He came to RSA during the Anglo-Boer War (11 October 1899 – 11 May 1902) and was stationed as a prisoner of war guard. He was an active Freemason in Johannesburg in the Buffalo Lodge. He Married Julia Henrietta GREGOROWSKI and worked in the printing industry as a book binder (he was a Monotype Operator). He had five children – four girls and a boy, viz. a. Beryl Julia b. Victor Lennard c. Sylvia d. Vera Mercia e. Joyce and lived at 19 Siemert Road, Doornfontein, Johannesburg, Transvaal. He died in 1943 in the Transvaal in South Africa | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
