Searching for a nephew born on 12/4 or 12/5 1973 in Elkhart General Hospital in Elkhart IN. Adopted out to someone in Indiana. His mother was young and unsure of whether she should keep him. But decided he'd have a better life. But he is a part of our family and I his aunt would like to meet him and maybe he would like to meet his mother. She thinks of him every day and loves him .
