I am searching for any information regarding any of the following, Marvin Qunicy, Marvin Chandis, Hazel or Pearl. I was told that they were from either Virginia, West Virginia or KY. The name supposedly changed spelling when there was some type of illegal activity by one member of the family. That part of the family then moved north into KY or OH changing the spelling of name to Bayes. Marvin Chandis was my father and I did not get any further informatin prior to his sudden death. I also was told that there was a Native American woman that was a mother to a child of one of the Bays/Bayes men. Any information or direction would be very much appreciated, Thank you Tracey P.
