I am searching for a woman who should be 42 yrs. old now.... She was born on Feb 4th (or 6th), 1964 in Gary, Ind. at Methodist Hospital. I am the "birth mother", whose name at that time was Valerie Townsend. At birth we gave her the name of Teresa Louise. I was 14 yrs. old, at that time. My name was legally changed in 1975 to Jamilla A. Talibah. I am listed in the phone book as such (if ever the info was shared with her and lost or misplaced).
