Looking for birth mother Linda Lou Meeker or family who had a boy at Maple Knoll Hospital Home for Unwed Mothers at the age of 15 yrs in Rural Springfield Twsp, Glendale, Ohio area in April 1954...we are not looking for an unwanted relationship..we are just seeking any family medical history...he has been sick and doctors need to know family medical history because they think what ever is wrong may be hereditary this will help pinpoint what is wrong for treatment
