I am searching for my brother. Our fathers name is Jeffrey L. Poff. His mothers name is Carol Steiner. He was born at the White Shield Home, in Portland, OR., on (I think) June 29th 1966-68. Our father was only 16 or 17 at the time and I believe had no say in the matter, so the details are few. We would like to find this person to let him know that we would love to meet and get to know him.
