James West b. 1798 move to Wayne Co, Tn, onto MS in the same county that you referred to. James West was the father of Willis West b. 1755 in Sampson County, NC. Willis West was the father of Lloyd West b. 1799/1800. Willis and Lloyd's family moved to Fayette, GA, The amcestoral family came from England about 1650.
