Looking for a Samuel Harrison Hoover who was born in Maryland on June 1, 1840 and died May 22, 1921. he served in the Union army during Civil war. His obituary stated he was buried in Shook Cemetery, there is no state, town or county given. He was married to Ellen Fredgnier. Ellen died about Jan 1879. Samuel's second wife was catherine and she is buried in Cumberland Cemetery in Kansas. We know he farmed there for awhile, that's about all we know. Can't find either one. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
