May 1963-May, 1964. May 13, 1980. ISO birth mother or birth grandmother. Since the birth mother was 16 years old (and was adopted herself)when my daughter was born, I believe she must have been born between late May, 1963 and early May, 1964. Hoping that may HER mother might be looking for her and would contact me. I am the adoptive mother. My daughter was born 5/13/80 in Jackson and adopted through the MS Children's Home. We got her on 5/28/80. Betty Waters was the case worker. The birth mother (we just heard her name is Kimberly, Kim for short) was 16 years old and was also adopted. Betty was unable to obtain any info on the birth father. The birth mother was short with light brown or blonde hair, and freckles. I believe she had a cleft palate. My daughter left word several years ago at the adoption agency that she would like contact with any of the family but they have not tried to contact her. Julie gave birth to her first child, a daughter, on August 8, 2006 and would like any medical history she can find, especially since both she and her birth mother were adopted. If anyone knows the family, could you please let grandmother or any other family member know that we would love to talk with them.
