Chalfant / Chailfant / Chalifant, Karen I was addopted at birth so I really don't know much, but I am looking for any information possible, mainly need medical info. I was born 5/10/69 in Oklahoma City, OK. at Presbyterian Hospital. I am having some health problems and would greatly appreciate any non identifing medical records and / or would love to know anything about my biological family history.
