Hello, I am trying to find out any information anyone may have on Vermont's first lawyer, John BURNHAM. I know that George Washington HARMAN, of Bennington, (1812-?) wrote a sketch of John BURNHAM's life, which was published in the records of the Vermont Bar Association. John BURNHAM is an ancestor of mine. I've contacted the Vermont Bar Association, but they had no information. I hope someone can advise me on where I may find some information.
