I am searching for my nephew who was born on May 30,1968 in Jacksonville, Florida, Duval County at St Lukes Hospital. He weighed 8lbs. 15oz. and was adopted through the Childrens Home Society. His parents were young and could not provide for the child. They lived in Dutchess County, NY and were students at the time. Hughes was the mothers name and Atherton the fathers.
