I am searching for my half-brother. His given name was Neil though his adoptive parents may have changed it. He was born in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario Canada around 1970.Your birth mother's maiden name was Potvin.She's from Cache Bay but later married my father in 1978,(The same year I was born)a Trudel, and has been living in North Bay ever since.I am now a Higgins.
