I am looking for information regarding my birthparents, they are deceased. My fathers name is Oakley Harris Allen and my mothers nane is Aurella,( Ophelia) Plude Allen. They lived on Chilson Hill in Ticonderoga, NY They had five children three boys and two girls all were sent to foster homes. My father committed suicide in 1964.
