Looking for any information on Kitty or Caira Vanover. Daughter of Henry and Elizabeth (Perry) VanOver. Born in Illinois about 1876. Parents died between 1880 and 1888. Guardianship (along with brothers Perry and William Wesley) granted to uncle, William Allen Perry in August 1888. William Perry lived in Whatcom County, WA. Unable to find any information on Kitty beyond this point.
