i have abirth certificate stating i was born nov 21 1969 in cook county il in chicago at 715 am .my family doctor was harry b stone . i grew up with him as my doctor . after my "mom" finally told me i was adopted i looked at my birth certificate and found another doctors name an irving blumenthal. i contactacted his family who told me was dead and that his files from that time had been burnt in a office fire.i was also told i was a "bought baby".i started out blond and have continue the color with help . i have green eyes and fair skin ,i can burn easy. my hair used to be really straight but as i got older it got curlier.i was told the hosipital were i was born but i cannot remember it at this moment but it was in chicago il in cook county to the best of my info.i was given to older parents my "mom"was 34 and my"dad" was 42.I have a birth certificate with lots more info but i don"tknow what:"s needed. I remember seeing something when iwas little stating so0mething like i was 7.6lbs and 17 inches bur i am not sure that info is accurate. my parents lived in burbank il ay the time when i was adopted.my birth certificatr has achild'birth number listed as 112-69-699515 and a registration number district # 16.10. i ant to find you and just know why i have no bad feelings to anyone but i need to know my history for my son and my family . i have lots of question but if thats not ok then just medicals ok. whoever you are i love you cause you gave me life which gave me this new family of my hubby and son i was given the name of mary middle lyn schiefelbein but i spent my life being called Mary Lyn and i adopted the middle name of Margaret. I always asked why I was not just named Mary Lyn with a different middle name beacause that was the name my "mom"liked because of someone named Harrington:" I do not remember alot of pictures with my "mom" as an infant but there are different dates on my birth certificate.
