Boulder and Denver, CO (1900-1930s+); Seeking information on ascendants of John F. Walsh and Nellie, and his brother Benjamin Frank Walsh and Birdie B. The following is what I currently have: John F. Walsh b. abt 1877 Fairview, Jones Co., Iowa, married abt. 1920 (re: 1930 Census) to Nellie who was born in Colorado. In 1930 they resided at 812 Inca St, Denver, CO; dau. Frances age 7, dau. Emily Williams age 24, dau. Miss Evangeline Inman age 22 b. Nebraska and granddaughter Bertha Inman age 1year6months b. Colorado. Benjamin Frank Walsh, b. abt 1869 at McKinney, TX, married abt 1907 to Birdie B., b. Colorado and whose father was b. in Ohio and mother b. in Illinois (re 1930 census). They had two children: Joseph F., b. abt 1908/09 in CO and Blanche I., b. abt 1912/13 in CO. In 1920 Benjamin is listed as a metal miner. They resided at 2037 Goss Street, Boulder, CO in 1910 Census; at Boulder Ctr. Rd. in 1920 census; at 443 Walnut Street 1930 Census. In 1900 Census Benjamin (AKA "Frank") was residing with his mother, Anna (AKA Mercy Ann Walsh) at 2122 Goss Street in a two family residence. She (Anna) later returned to and died in NE in 1915 with her daughter and son-in-law. I have information on the ancestery of these individuals and their other siblings, but I am lacking all information short of what I have above on these individuals, and I would like to connect to living "cousins" from this branch of the family; we have many photos with no names! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
