Query Text:

Martin Rumpff and his wife, Martha Rodgers, went to Texas in 1837. He is on various tax records scattered throughout Texas but evidently settled in Nacogdoches County. He is showin as "iniated into Milam Lodge #2 on 5 February 1839; Oscar Engledow agent for in the 1845 Tax List" Anyone know anything about what the Milam Lodge #2 is and if there might be information found whether he had any surviving family at his death?
