I need to find (or prove) the parents of Talitha (sometimes spelled Tabitha) Massengale of Scott Co., TN. She was born in 1842 and married Julian Reed in 1860. They later moved to Whitley Co., KY where Talitha died in the 1890s. Talitha may have had a much younger brother (or other close relative) named Elijah G. Massengale. He was born in Scott Co., TN in 1860. He also later moved to Whitley Co., KY where he married Nannie Perkins. By 1920 Elijah and Nannie had moved to California with several of their sons. If anyone can help me sort out the relationship between Elijah Massengale and Talitha Massengale Reed it would help tremendously. Thanks in advance! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
