I am trying to trace information about the kidd family who lived in broadford. William Kidd senior was a clerk of the petty sessions as was his son also named William. My great grandmother was Ann/Annie and married my great grandfather William Nesbitt (a member of the RIC) in the parish of Kilseilly in Broadford Co Clare. Annie had a sister Margaret.
