SEYMOUR/Montgomery CO IL/ca 1850-1865: ISO information re Charles Seymour s/o William Seymour and Frances Vaughn who resided near present Hillsboro IL. In 1854 Charles went west seeking gold then in 1859 returned home, bought land, opened a brickyard, and married Sarah Jane Killpatrick. I am trying to establish whether Charles traveled west with David Monroe Starr, his neighbor. Please contact direct ectocus@sbcglobal.net.
