I am searching for my birth mother. She is listed on my birth certificate as Brenda L. Cooper, but her maiden name is Brenda Louvenia Higgs. I never knew my father either, and would like to know about my health background. Unfortunately, the man that's listed as my father on my birth certificate is not my biological father. My birth father's name is Dennis Douglas but a man named Eugene Cooper is who signed my birth certificate. Brenda Louvenia Higgs-Cooper was 31 when I was born on Feb. 23, 1980.
