Looking for information relating to my great grandfather, Richard Millea - born 1844, Castlejohn, Tipperary, Ireland. His parents names are believed to be John Millea (farmer) and Bridget Murphy. Richard travelled to Victoria, Australia on the Annie Wilson, arriving in November 1864 at the age of 22. He travelled north east to the Victorian goldfield town of Gaffneys Creek where he married Mary Ann Mahony (Parents John Mahony and Mary Guerin. I am very interested to learn about Richard's parents and possible siblings in Tipperary and would be very grateful for any assistance in my research. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
