I am searching for my birth mother to obtain my biological medical records as I am curious about her and my medical history. Her name is Jill and she graduated from Slidell Highschool in 1982. I really need this information. Please help. If this is not the right way to go about finding the info I need, please someone point me in the right direction. Thanks.
