Looking for info on relatives of my grandfather Leandro Garde, a Basque sheepherder (from Isaba, Spain)who lived in Encino, NM, from 1926 to 1936. His cousins were Mauricio Garde (married to Emilia Marcella) of Vaughn, NM; Celestino, Ildefonso, Agapito, and Timoteo - but I don't know HOW these men were related and would like to know. Would like info on his brother Constantino, also a sheepherder (in Willard?) who was shot to death. Need details on this killing. Also would like info on Juan Mariano Marcella, another Basque sheepherder, who died in a blizzard near Vaughn in the late 1920s (I think)?? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
