I am searching for my birth mother and/or birth father. I was born August 2, 1972 in Altus, Oklahoma on the Air Force Base there. I was adopted through OK DHS with help of a private lawyer, so I do not have any names to search for. I do have some information releaseed by the State of Oklahoma regarding my birthparents. I have been told that my birth father was 24 and my birth mother was 25 at the time, and requested that I be raised Catholic and be raised by parents who were well educated, preferably college graduates. On 8-4-72, my birthparents relinquished their parental rights and gave consent for adotion. My birth mother had roots in Wisconsin and worked as a beautician there and overseas for about four years. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
