Searching for my maternal grandmother. My mother Robin was born September 1, 1955, in Neosho, Missouri, on a military base (since closed). Her original baby book states that her mother's name is Ruby Eileen Lumpkin, but she was adopted by Biddy and Dick Godfrey. My mother was killed in a car accident in 1999, and I am hoping to complete her dream of finding out where she really came from.
