I'm looking for Ratchford's that lived in Newcastle, Pennsylvania, US. I know my grandfather moved from their to Wigan,Lancashire, England between 1918 and 1930 and married my grandmother Margret Bolton. I know he kept in contact with some relatives but they lost contact during WW2. Could anyone with any information please contact me? Thank you.
