Shirley J. Ingram born Cook County, Illinois 1937. Francis Gertrude Latkoff was her birth mother. Francis Gertrude Latkoff's father Eli Latkoff. There was a brother named Charles Latkoff. Last known Roswell, GA. There is a listing of a possible father-Gus Pollutis or polutis or pulutis(Not sure of the spelling). Shirley, Marciela and Charles are siblings. They are thre of six children born to Francis Gertrude Latkoff in the early to late thirties. We do not know of any others or any of the other siblings names. We do not know about the connection to Macedonia. We only know that the name might be of Bulgarian origin, we are not positive. If anyone has any info please contact Shirley J.
