I am searching for any information regarding my father's "adoption" - DOB (?) 10/18/34 or 10/19/34 in Anderson, SC. There was an auto/bus accident that sent a pregnant female (Geneva Roberts Shaw) to Dr. Breeden's hospital;her husband,James Shawto Anderson Memorial. Mrs. Shaw's baby was still born as a result of the accident. Dr. Breeden "offered" her another LIVE baby. Mr. Shaw did leave the hospital, bur died as a result of internal injuries. My dad passed away in 1981. Two daughers, four grandchildren, two great grandchildren - only seeking medical history.
