Query Text:

William Jackson Harper was born in Hobart, Tasmania in 1835, parents William Harper and Mary (unknown). Does anyone know whether his mother was Mary Pearson? And if so, is he the same William Jackson who married Mary Gifford in Tasmania and had about 6 children? If he is, he would have been my great grandmother's brother. Thanks, Tricia Stewart.
