Hi my name is Shawn I live in Ottawa and I'm looking for my birth parents. I was born on nov. 13 1984. I have blue eyes and dark hair. I think I was adopted at the age of 1. I'm not a 100% but I think I was born in Ottawa, and I was told that my parents were too young to keep me. I was adopted by a french family.
