Ancestors of George Edwin Basson b1859 Oxford, settled in Liverpool, 1st wife Eleanor [Beattie]moved to London with children Evelyn & Douglas.2nd wife?Isabella [McClure]had several children to him possibly Isabella & others & Edward [my link]George died 1910 followed by Isabella 1911. The Liverpool children were put in a orphanage possibly fazakerly cottages. I believe Douglas married Jessie Griffith & Evelyn was unmarried. Love too hear from anyone with any possible link.
