I am a 39yo female, born september 11,1966 in Bernallilo County, New Mexico. I was told that my parents were young and from different tribes and were not permitted to marry because there was no inter-tribal marriages allowed. I understand that one parent was a memeber of the Zuni reservation and the other from the Laguna reservation but I am not sure which parent was from which tribe. My adopted name is Blaisdell and I was adopted by Albert and Marilyn Blaisdell from the Home For Little Wanderers in Boston Massachusetts approximately two years after I was taken from the reservation.
