Searching for birth mother. She stayed at St. Vincent's Maternity Home in New Orleans, LA. Gave birth to daughter on January 6, 1969 at Hotel Dieu Hospital, in New Orleans. Doctors name was possibly Dr. Palmer. She was 15/16 yrs. old, catholic, good student, active on student council, 5ft. tall, medium build, brown hair and brown eyes, enjoyed reading and sewing. The birth father, from Alabama, around 17 and said to be almost 6ft. and and did not know of the pregnancy. Her name could possibly be Mary Ida David. The name she gave me at birth was Denise Renne[not sure on the spelling of the names].The father of my birth mother may have worked on the railroad. The mother was a stay-at-home-mother. Birth mother did have siblings, believed to be younger. I was adopted through Catholic Charities in February of 1969. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
