I am trying to find out the correct name of my mother's brother. We think it was Charles Simpkins. He was born in Philadelphia around 1915 and died in 1918 or 1919. His father's name was Charles Belford Simpkins, born in Phila. His mother's name was Roseanne "Anna" Simpkins nee Byrne who was born in Donegal, Ireland. They lived at 2617 Oakford ST in Phila. PA. I have contacted the church who has the records of their local parish, but no record of marriage or birth of a Charles Simpkins was found. Also no baptismal certificate or burial record for him.
