I am trying to find out any information on my siblings. I was adopted at the age of 5 years old and can not remember anything before that. My birthdate is 3-7-53 born Perryville, MO male. I was told I lived in foster care in Cape Girardeau and the bldg is no longer there. I was told I was the youngest of 5 siblings my given first name was Richard and I do not even know if that is true but that is what my adoptive Dad told me. I have nothing as far as information.
