I have been searching for my birth mother. Growing up my father was physically, sexually, verbally, and emotionally abusive. He also had me believe for the first 11 years of my life that my birth mother was dead. while in my third foster home at the age of 12 i was told by my social worker that my mother was indeed not dead and living in castro valley. At that time i was confused, felt taken advantage of, and the obvious which was lied to. I didnt want to start looking for my birth mother until i was about 14. since then i have been trying to locate her and keep ending up in square one. I have no idea where she may be and im ready for death to be my answer simply because ive dealt with it for many years before. all that ive been told of my birth mother from court reports, biological family members, is that her name is Cynthia Ann Critchfield. She has two other last names that she could go by today which are: MCcaslin, and or Smith. I know she was born in January of 1960 and up till 2001 had five children she had given birth too. She has lived in hayward, castro valley, willow creek, bay point, and port costa ca. her last known address which was printed in my court reports is off of A street in antioch ca. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
