I am looking for Kathy Waterman who was born either in 1947 or 48. She was 19 or 20 when she gave me up for adoption while living in California. My father's name is Robert Frost and he lived in Lake Tahoe Negada where he and his father had a real estate business. She was going to go through Catholic Charities but instead did a private adoption with Mary Lou Utley and Paul Edwin Utley. I was born in Lancaster CA on May 5th 1968 in Antelope Valley Hospital.
