i am looking for info on the daughter of Allenson Justice. on the 1850 floyd co census he has a daughter Mary age 10. she is not on the 1860 census. did she die? i am trying to prove she is Mary justice who married jackson newman. he is with his parents on the census, but they didn't marry until november. these families lived about 2 houses apart. also, later on allenson married jackson's sister Lydia Newman. several connections but no proof. mary was born about 1840 Ky and married 11-1860 floyd co ky to jackson newman in the presence of james justice. allenson had a brother james. she was dead by 1875 or they had divorced as he was remarried. i don't know where she is buried or exact death date, but can't find records for then anyway. can someone help? thanks | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
