My grandfather Walter McNamara was born abt 1885 in the USA .i cannot trace his birth records or social security No. Nor can I trace what part in the USA I can only guess that it may have been in Boston .His parents were Timothy McNamara and Mary Ann (maiden)Linskey both from Liverpool UK Walter came to Liverpool and in the 1901 census maddrell st with sarah McNamara (born 1854) sarah was his aunt and wife of William McNamara born 1859 In the census the enumerator had spelt McNamara as MacNamara Walter married margaret mcnally on 20th July 1906 at St Augustine`s church He died on the 29th march 1920 leaving a widow and 7children I would like to know how I can trace walters birth records and social security number in the USA and would like some one to link up with my familytree John McNamara Liverpool UK | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
