Hi! My name is Chelsea. I am looking for my half sister. She was born in 1981 in either September or October. My mother said she had stayed with a family by the last name of Weinkolf until she delivered. She believes she delivered at St. Vincents Hospital in Indianapolis but is unsure. She also said the adoption agency may have be the Sue Emma Coleman Agency but is also unsure of that.
