I am looking for information regarding my grandfather, PATRICK DONAHUE (born Patrick DONOHOE on May 2, 1879, in Ardattin, County Carlow, Ireland). The spelling has changed from Donohoe to Donohue to Donahue - my maiden name. His parents were JOHN DONOHOE and CATHERINE FOLEY DONOHOE. Records indicate that there was a brother, MICHAEL DONOHOE, born on January 3, 1875, to John and Catherine Foley Donohoe, but my grandfather never mentioned him so we don't know if he died young or if they were estranged. PATRICK DONOHOE married CATHERINE BOYLE and had one daughter, CATHERINE DONOHUE, born in NJ; Catherine Boyle died and Patrick married ROSE BRADY and they had two sons, JOHN DONOHUE born in New Jersey and DONALD T. DONOHUE, born on August 4, 1925, in New York, NY. Any information regarding my grandfather's family would be greatly appreciated.
