I am an adoptee searching for birth parent(s). I was born at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, on July 3, 1967, at 4:36 pm. The attending physician was Dr. A. Paul Khele. I was 1 of 2 females born at that hospital on that date available for adoption. I am told my birth mother was 19 years of age, a permanent resident of California at the time of my birth, and that she was 5'8 inches tall with blonde hair and blue eyes.
