I am looking for relatives of mine from Tyldesley which is in Lancashire.My Great grandfather William Crook married Eliza Skeat around the 1850's ,children I know of were Margaret,Alice,William,Eliza,Joel.Margaret married Edward Gerrard around 1881 .Alice married William Nally around 1879.Their son Joel married Nellie Yates and they lived at 173 Sale Lane Tyldesley in 1967. Joel my Grandfather married Elizabeth Fenton in 1897 and they came to New Zealand with their family in 1922.There was 8 children-Alice,Fred,Thomas,Joel,Eliza,William,Jack & Harry. My father William was their son. Alice married James Lancaster from Atherton. I would be interested to hear from anyone who is connected to these families.
