Ruth Ann (McKenzie) Bombardier was born 7/l5/28 to Ellen (Yonkers) McKenzie and Bertwell McKenzie of Carmel, Maine. Ellen (Yonkers) McKenzie was listed as Ruth's mother on her birth certicate and her father's name was was Bertwell McKenzie. Ellen Yonkers was from Albany, New York and Bertwell McKenzie was from Carmel, Maine (but Bertwell may have been born in Bangor, Maine). I would appreciate it if you could provide me with any information regarding Ellen (Yonkers) McKenzie and/or Bertwell McKenzie. My mother was the 6th child born to Ellen and Bertwell McKenzie but was given up as a foster child at l l/2 years old. She would do anything to meet her brothers and sisters.
