I am looking for information about Otis Elwood Noe (aka Pat), born November 21, 1904, in Illinois. He moved to Louisville, Kentucky, as a child. His parents names were Nettie Jane Dye (maiden name) and Charles Raymond Noe. He had three younger sisters. The youngest was my Mother. In approximately 1938 or 1939 he left Louisville, never to be heard from again by his sisters. A great-aunt heard he moved to Ohio, possibly Columbus or Cleveland, and died sometime in the 1970's. One of his sisters is still living and wants to know what happened to him. If anyone has any information, it would be very much appreciated. When he left Louisville, he had divorced his wife and did not have children. We think he married in Ohio. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
