Looking for information on my great,great grandparents. Thomas O'Gorman or Gorman b.abt. 1821. He married Elizabeth Delany on 23rd of Oct. 1845 in the Church of St Brigid, in Ballinakill, Co. Laois. Elizabeth b. May 1822, parents: Denis Delany and Celina Fitzpatrick. I believe Elizabeth was from Barna. They immigrated to American between 1846-1848. I can not find a passenger list with them on it. They settled in Summit Hill, Mauch Chunk Township, Pennsylvania by 1860.Their oldest son Thomas William b.May 1846 in Ballyragget,Co.Kilkenny. They had 3 sons born in Summit Hill: Francis b. 1854 d.1873; Daniel b.1860, he married Bridget Breslin; Michael b. 1864. This is all the information I have about these sons. Thomas d.14th Jan.1899 and Elizabeth d.16th July 1886. Both died in Summit Hill, Carbon County, Pennsylvania. I would appreciate any information. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
