Need info on Charles (Carl)& Dorothea Priestapp who purchased land in Ellice Township, Perth, Ontario, Canada on 3 July, 1855. They came to Canada from Prussia. Need to know when & how they came to Canada and where from (place of birth, residence, marriage, etc) in Prussia, and name of his parents. Thanks. Last name can be Priestapp, Priestap, Priestapf, Priestaf, Priestaff. (Their sons were Wilhelm & August Priestap , who both later emigrated to Michigan). There are still Priestaps living in that area of Canada; I'd love to hear from one of you!
